The contemporary ranch features spiral stair access to the loft, 4 rooms with loft and portico. 4 skylight units, front and side opening access. Grooved 3/8" MDF construction. Custom hinges. Assembled frond door, standard interior door openings, stucco paint additive and wooden shingles.

Kit - The term "kit" refers to a boxed item with all described pieces included. These items are not assembled. The purchaser builds the product.

Assembled - The term "assembled" means we (customdollhouse.com) will put together the product for you. It does not include custom items such as painting, wall paper, flooring, lighting, decorations, etc. Shingles and siding are not installed. Doors are assembled but not installed. You will receive a "raw wood" doll house. This is a good option for people who don't want to take the time to assemble the product, but would rather just customize and decorate it. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for shipping.
