There’s a hidden roof panel leading into a secret third floor studio room with French doors opening onto an elegant terrace. Window boxes and diamond patterned “leaded” windows complete the regal picture.

Kit - The term "kit" refers to a boxed item with all described, pre-cut pieces included. These items are not assembled. The purchaser builds the product.

Assembly - The term "assembled" means we (customdollhouse.com) will put together or build your order for you. It does not include custom or additional items such as painting, wall paper, flooring, lighting, decorations, etc. Shingles and siding may be included, but will not be installed. Doors are assembled but not installed. These additional items and services are, however, available as an upgrade to your order. Please see "after assembly recommendations", above for more information and pricing. When your dollhouse arrives, you will receive an assembled "raw wood" doll house. This is a great option for people who don't want to take the time to do the basic assembly, but would rather just customize and decorate it. Assembled orders usually ship within three weeks. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery. Expedited assembly, for guaranteed completion within 14 days, is available for a rush charge of $75.
