How To Order

 

For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express as well as PayPal, Certified Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks.  All credit card orders are merchant processed through PayPal.  Signing up for a PayPal account is optional. This means you do not need a PayPal account to check out on our system.  

There is a $50 order minimum.  If an order is placed and does not meet the minimum requirement, the order will be cancelled and the amount refunded to your credit card.  Of course, you have the option of re-placing your order for at least the minimum amount.

All credit card orders are shipped within the terms of the Shipping Agreement.  Certified Checks and Money Orders are shipped when the funds are received.  Personal checks are held 7 -10 days.

If paying by Check or Money Order, please print the Order Form.  Fill it out completely and mail it with your payment, to the address below.  Please make checks payable to Custom Doll House.

Credit Card Purchases


When you decide to make a Credit Card purchase, you are walked through the following easy steps:

  1. A)  If you have a PayPal account - fill in your email and password to proceed.

    B)  If you do NOT have a PayPal account - simply click the button, in the middle of the page, that says "if you do not already have a PayPal account "click here".

  2. Shipping information — Enter your name and shipping address.
  3. Billing information — Enter your credit card information, email address and phone number.
  4. Review of payment information — Review what you've entered to make sure it’s correct. You can either edit the information or complete the checkout process.
  5. Save your information with PayPal (optional) — To shop more quickly and easily in the future, you can save your personal information that you've already entered with PayPal. To create a PayPal account, all you need to do is choose a password and answer a few security questions.
  6. Receive confirmation email from PayPal and Custom Doll House - After you have completed the check out process, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming your purchase.  Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email from Custom Doll House confirming the details of your order.  Please make sure your email address is valid and that you periodically check it.  If using PayPal, make sure your email, on file with them, is updated and current.  If you are using any kind of email or SPAM blocker, please make sure you add customer service's email address to your approved recipients list.  90% of communications are done through email when purchasing from online companies.  We do not receive your phone number, from our check out system, to contact you if we have a question about your order.

 

Backorders

 

Not often, but occasionally certain items are out of stock.  In the event that an item you wanted is not available, we will either hold the order until all items are in stock or cancel the out of stock items, issue a refund to your credit card, then ship the balance of your order.  We may advise you when those items will be back in stock.  At that time, you can repurchase them from the website. 

 

In the event that an item you order has been discontinued, we will cancel it from your order and issue a refund.

 

Return Policy

All unopened packaged or boxed items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund (minus original shipping).

 

All returns on opened items must include all materials, original boxes and packing.  They will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Fees are calculated on the price of the item before sales tax (if applicable).

 

We do not accept cancellations on any assembled or custom built items once the process has been started.

 

We do not accept returns on any assembled or custom built items unless damaged during shipping.

 

No cash refunds on orders.  A Web-Credit will be issued.

 

    1.  You must contact us at returns@customdollhouse.com prior to returning any item. 

 

    2.  We will issue you a RA (return authorization) number and give you a return address.

 

    3.  Write the RA number on your package.  No items will be accepted without  this number.
