The Montclair is one of the most classically beautiful dollhouse kits available today. Its shuttered windows and gracious entry are accented with bold mouldings and delicate trim. The steep angle of the gable room along with the gable inset and oval window adds a distinctively dramatic touch to its timeless beauty.

The spacious interior of the kit includes over 2,000 square inches of floor space divided into nine rooms, plus foyer and hall. The first and second floors have 10" ceilings and beautifully crafted staircases. The kit comes complete with windows, shutters, exterior door and steps, decorative trims, mouldings, interior staircases, and rails.

The Conservatory is an elegant addition made especially for the Montclair. It includes an extra high 11 1/4" ceiling and 18-light windows.

Create the ultimate entrance with a beautiful Circular Porch designed just for the Montclair.

The Two Story Wing is a beautiful way to complete the Montclair. The gabled hip roof of the wing creates a spacious third-floor attic.

Assembly - The term "assembled" means we (customdollhouse.com) will put together or build your order for you. It does not include custom or additional items such as painting, wall paper, flooring, lighting, decorations, etc. Shingles and siding may be included, but will not be installed. Doors are assembled but not installed. These additional items and services are, however, available as an upgrade to your order. Please see "after assembly recommendations", above for more information and pricing. When your dollhouse arrives, you will receive an assembled "raw wood" doll house. This is a great option for people who don't want to take the time to do the basic assembly, but would rather just customize and decorate it. Assembled orders usually ship within three weeks. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery. Expedited assembly, for guaranteed completion within 14 days, is available for a rush charge of $75.
