IMPORTANT -

If your kit does not indicate an exterior wall finish of Scored, Stucco or Log you will need to choose one of MP, MM, SP or B as defined in the drop down menu.

MILLED: MP or MM - The 3/8" clapboard profile is milled into the surface of the exterior walls.  This is the easiest and quickest way to assemble a house with clapboard siding, because it's built-in and ready to be painted.

Note:  The milled kits come in two versions:

    MP  (Milled cabinet grade plywood)

    MM (Milled 3/8" MDF - Medium

             Density Fiberboard)

Where there is a choice between MP or MM finish, the only difference between the two kits is the material of the exterior walls, everything else in the kit is the same.
