Most doll houses we
sell can be assembled for you. The price for assembly and
shipping will be listed on each page. If there is no assembly
price option, that particular doll house is too large to be shipped
in it's assembled state. However, there are a couple options
if you wish to have us assemble a larger doll house.
1) If you live in Central Florida,
you may arrange to pick it up locally.
2) We can ship it with a freight
forwarder. The cost will be considerable more expensive than
the normal UPS or FedEx delivery.
3) We can ship the doll house
in modules. Generally it will ship in two or three pieces that
you would simply glue together when you receive it. This will
help keep shipping costs down.

Assembled doll houses have a lead
time of 4-6 weeks. If you need it sooner please contact
customer service to arrange a rush order (fee may apply). We have several professional builders that
do excellent work! They are meticulous and build with
pride. You will be proud to show off your doll house from
Custom Doll House.
Also, it doesn't end with assembly.
After you receive it, you have work to do. Don't worry, we are
here to help you finish your new doll house. You can always
contact us for information and tips as well as supplies and
accessories.
Assembled doll house will look like
the pictures on the left. They will be built and delivered to
you in their raw wood state. You will be responsible for
attaching roof shingles and clapboard siding (optional), then
painting and finishing the house. Assembled doll houses are an
excellent option for people who don't want the hassle of building,
but would rather just decorate.
