The Queen Anne features 3/8" thick plywood construction. Custom designed pre-assembled windows and doors. Octagonal, 2 story, gazebo wraparound porch. Unique beaded moldings. Side opening access to the front rooms. Shapely Steep pitched roofs. Room dividers can be used in a variety of ways. 13 large, well shaped rooms. Wraparound stairway creates an authentic grand entry. moldings are smoothly shaped for an exquisite finish. Easy to follow instructions feature expertly drafted illustrations that guide you through the last detail.

You will receive a "raw wood" doll house. This is a good option for people who don't want to take the time to assemble the product, but would rather just customize and decorate it. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for shipping.
