Our Westville is a replica of a home sold by mail order catalogue at the turn of the century; we spotted this one in the little hamlet of Westville, New York. Designed in the style of “Carpenter Gothic,” the house features long pointed gables with elaborate decorative trim around the porch, balconies, and roof. There are four large rooms and a spacious attic, as well as two bay windows and two balconies. We’ve included shingles and clapboard siding to fully capture the look of that “little house by the side of the road” for your trip down memory lane.

Doors are assembled but not installed. These additional items and services are, however, available as an upgrade to your order. This is a great option for people who don't want to take the time to do the basic assembly, but would rather just customize and decorate it. Assembled orders usually ship within three weeks.
